What design services do you offer?

How is this easier than hiring a full-time designer?

How can you help my startup?

We are a design extension: an extra pair of hands to ease your backlog and provide design expertise where needed.

Our applications reach far and wide: developing a roadmap; launching an MVP; securing the next fundraise with prototypes; auditing your current UX; building a done-for-you design system; and connecting you to other creative resources. We’re here to support your business from its early stages and beyond.

How do I submit requests?

We use Notion to provide you with an easy-to-use yet customizable design hub.

Add as many tasks as you need on the “To Do” column (add as much detail as needed), and pick your highest priority as the “Current Request”. We’ll send over any questions via Notion if needed; otherwise, we’ll get to work.

We’ll send you the deliverables in a few business days. Like it? Move the task into the “Approved” column. Need edits? We’ll iterate until you’re happy!

What if I only have a couple of requests?

We recognize that design needs can ebb and flow with any business, especially early-stage startups.

If you need a break, let us know that you’d like to pause your subscription via email with the subject line “PAUSE MEMBERSHIP”. We’ll put your membership on hiatus effective immediately. You will no longer be charged the monthly fee, and the remaining days in your 31-day billing cycle will be banked for use anytime you need while you’re on hiatus.

To reactivate your membership, send us an email with the subject line “UNPAUSE MEMBERSHIP”. We’ll get you back on track immediately, with the reactivation date as your new billing date.

What is the average turnaround time?

Most requests are delivered every 3 business days. We do this by running design sprints that balance research, design quality, and time to market.

However, more complex tasks may require further time and effort to provide the best outcome.

Our async model doesn’t mean a lack of collaboration—we are just removing redundant meetings from our calendars. This provides valuable time for us to dive deeper into your project and deliver the best possible solutions, crafted with the expertise and dedication your project deserves.

What if I don’t like the results?

No problem: If the product doesn’t align with your vision, leave some feedback and we’ll iterate on the task until we hit the mark!

Do you offer refunds?

We spend hours and hours to deliver data-driven, thoughtfully concepted design solutions. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds.

We offer unlimited design revisions to ensure the outcome aligns with your vision, or a Pause feature if you need a break. Lastly, we believe success comes from a productive partnership so if the vibe just isn’t vibing, you can cancel your membership anytime. No harm done.
